I can’t tell you the last time I photographed my kids…it’s been far too long. I convinced them into a little session so I can have some updated photos.

Here’s Alex – my soon to be 14 year old. She’s a little peanut who looks like she’s 12 but photographs like she’s 17!

My 10 year old Mackenzie who’s just not comfortable in front of the camera! The only time I get really natural photos of him is when he’s in his comfort zone – which is in hockey gear! This is the forced smile I usually get from him!

And then I manage to get some natural ones:

Daniela, your children are beautiful! You remind me that it has been far too long since I’ve photographed my own kids!

Great shots Daniela! I also have an almost 14 year old that seems to be going on 20 all the time, and a 10 year old with his own goofy grin! It is a challenge, but these images are so worth it!

how quickly they grow…the B&W pics are so sharp, great work Daniela! Alex looks alittle like Kate Hudson to me BEAUTIFUL!! so you at the big dance recital!!! KL
