Weekly Spotlight – something different from me

When mom brought out these outfits, we knew the photos needed a classic look. My studio brick walls, old doors or backdrops just weren’t going to cut it. We ended up taking the photos in our living room! One of the pleasures of being in an old home is all of the beautiful character that comes with it.  The dark hardwood floors, white painted wood paneling and old french doors were the perfect backdrop!

I really love the way these turned out….so here are some traditional photos from a non-traditional photographer!

These are fantastic! The outfits are timeless, and your modern style still comes through in the compositions and expressions of the children! Great work!
