I recently photographed a beautiful little girl and her family. Four year old Alivia is just the sweetest little thing - full of smiles and pure sunshine. Last December, Alivia’s parents found out she had neuroblastoma, a nerve cancer. She has been battling this for a year but still has a long road ahead. Alivia goes in for surgery on December 18th to have her tumor removed. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Although I only met Alivia for the first time at the photo session - I know she’s a fighter. She exudes positive energy…seriously.

At the end of the session, Alivia wanted a photo of her and Hershey.

Hershey’s used to being in front of my camera so she had no problem with it!

This was my last outdoor fall session. The leaves on the trees were pretty bare but we had just enough to make the background nice and colourful. These were taken in the backyard of my client’s home….such a beautiful spot. I have lots from this session but here are just a few:

I had so much fun photographing this great family! The girls were just adorable and we managed to get so many amazing images.

The first time I photographed Abbey she was only five days old and now she’s a beautiful, lively three year old.

Sweet little Sydney was all smiles for the entire session, but boy was she ever fast! She kept me on my toes that’s for sure.

This family is very dear to me. Jody and I have been  friends since highschool. He’s also good friends with my husband Darby. In fact, they grew up in diapers together and Jody was Darby’s best man at our wedding (17 years ago Saturday!). We were thrilled when Jody married Colleen. She is such a beautiful person, inside and out. Colleen is expecting baby #3. Talk about a glowing mama to be!

How precious is it that this family is able to capture four generations together.

I photographed Brynn just this past summer.  I’m so glad Mom and Dad decided to drive back down to Niagara for a family session.  Fall is such a beautiful time for photos - don’t you just love the colours!?

This may go down as my favourite session ever! A gorgeous family, a vineyard and lots of love.

This family lives in Toronto, but mom is originally from Niagara.  Richelle and Greg love visiting the wineries here in Niagara, so having their family photos taken at a vineyard was a perfect choice. Their daughter Audrey was an absolute dream to photograph. There are just too many from this session that I love, love, love!!!

When I showed Alex these photos of Audrey, she immediately thought she looked like Dakota Fanning. She not only looks like her but definitely has star quality about her as well!
