Aayra | welland newborn photographer

Aayra was 3 weeks old at her session. This is normally a little too old to get those newborn photos but I was certainly up for the challenge. She was soooo good for her session and I’m in love with all of her beautiful, dark hair!

Isn’t she a gorgeous newborn?

So precious! Love them all but that last one just melts my heart – love it!

Mila | niagara child photographer

Mila lives in Alberta but was in Niagara visiting relatives. I’m so glad mom booked a session for her….she was SUCH a joy to photograph!  Although Mila is only 3 1/2 her maturity is beyond her years.  She was full of personality and we were able to capture many different sides to Mila.

Dad’s a big Oilers fan…so we took these images to surprise him:)

snow princess | niagara teen photographer

We received a beautiful blanket of snow on Sunday and the sun was shining as well. All I wanted to do was go outside and take photos!  Thank goodness I had a willing participant…..thank-you Alex:)I may be biased but I think she is stunning. She is my muse.

The first image is by far my favourite. Her crystal blue eyes are just mesmerizing.  And for the record….her eyes are untouched! They are actually kind of freaky…they literally illuminate when they catch the light.

I can’t think of a better way to start the new year..other than with a newborn post!

Sweet Dahlia came for her newborn session at 2 weeks old. Isn’t she beautiful?

Mom and Dad….thank-you for making the trip down to Niagara for the session.

Happy Holidays! | niagara photographers

Well….I’m finally coming up for air. My busy season has come to an end  .I have photographed so many amazing families and beautiful children. To all who have made the trip to my studio…thank-you from the bottom of my heart.

The studio is officially closed until January 16th.

I’m looking forward to Christmas with my family and our traditions. On Christmas Eve we feast on everything fish…..no meat. My favourite part are the appetizers…shrimp, seafood salad and stuffed mushrooms. Yum. The rest of my family look forward to the calamari (I still can’t get myself to eat it). Something we have always done every year is have a sleepover! My family, my parents and my sister’s family all sleepover at either our house or my sisters….depending on who’s hosting. We open our gifts at midnight and then we usually stay up to watch a movie. We all love this tradition and I hope it continues. On Christmas Day…we go to church and then feast again. Ahhh….it’s great to be italian especially during the holidays!

I would love to know what your Christmas traditions are….please post them!

Have a wonderful Holiday Season and God Bless.
