How? Joy’s a fitness professional and health counsellor. I’ve been one of her clients since April. In just 6 weeks I lost 7 lbs and 15 inches!! And I’m not a big person to start with…so that’s pretty impressive. There is no way I could have done it without her. It was a combination of one on one weight training and healthy eating. I tell Darby (my hubby) that I need Joy in my life….simple as that! If you’re in Niagara – book an appointment to see her – simple as that – therapeuticfitness

Every time Joy would mention Lowell in her  gym – she would simply light up. And then, in the summer, I remember going to her gym and seeing this gorgeous ring on her finger. He proposed! Now, not only did he propose, but he did it in style – in Vegas in front of the Bellagio fountains :)

Now onto the session! We met at Balls Falls on a gorgeous afternoon. And talk about gorgeous? Look at this couple!!

I am soooo happy for the two of you!
